Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down promotional events and weekend store displays.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability and store policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the inventory counting process during weekend shifts.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- No prior retail or customer service experience is required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
