Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product assistance and checkout operations
- Support inventory management including stock replenishment and organization
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
- Assist with special event preparations and promotions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Availability for weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Reliable transportation to our San Jose location
