Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure products are readily available.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Assist in light administrative duties and data entry as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices.
