Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Stock merchandise and ensure displays are visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide product recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to the Jacksonville facility.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
