Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers visiting our Indianapolis location.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization during peak weekend hours.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly sales targets.
- Handle cash transactions and process returns with accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with mobile devices.
