Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Restock shelves and organize displays to ensure products are easily accessible and visually appealing.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions and handle returns efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including trash removal and cleaning up spills immediately.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting stock and organizing backroom storage areas.
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
