Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone support.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order processing.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our internal database.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly performance and response time targets.
- Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Manage high call volumes during peak weekend hours with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for at least 20 hours.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office and web browsers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for new graduates.
