Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries and product selection.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Handle cash and credit payments with strict adherence to security and compliance protocols.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and organizing the stockroom.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
