Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle cash or card payments responsibly.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and organizing stock rooms.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the employment period.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counting.
