Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a superior shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Support daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a pristine shopping environment.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handle returns and exchanges, and manage payment methods.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels to ensure product availability.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure store goals are met during peak weekend periods.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
