Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Assist in loading and unloading freight trucks to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production and safety targets.
- Perform light inventory counts and stock organization.
- Provide exceptional support to internal team members and external clients.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Previous warehouse or customer service experience is a plus.
