Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions efficiently and handle payments.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment by restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment during quiet periods.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evening and weekend shifts consistently.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fort Worth location.
