Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handling transactions and returns efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting stock and reporting discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with team members to execute visual merchandising displays that attract customers.
- Handle cash and card transactions with a high degree of accuracy and security.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Reliable transportation is required.
