Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Support visual merchandising standards through inventory restocking and display maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations and store cleanliness
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by monitoring sales floor and identifying discrepancies
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock organization
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students strongly encouraged to apply)
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8-16 hours weekly)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
