Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all visitors.
- Assist in daily store operations, including stocking shelves and managing inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in accordance with company standards.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Collaborate effectively with the weekend team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the Oakland location.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
