Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a positive and professional attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects.
- Reliable transportation is recommended.
