In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our weekend operations run smoothly. You will be the bridge between our team and our valued customers, ensuring every interaction is professional and memorable.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a focus on high satisfaction and retention.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently using our POS systems.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with the floor team to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Handle cash handling procedures with strict accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Support the Weekend Manager in daily operations and reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with retail software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
