Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure a welcoming environment for customers on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, organization, and cycle counts.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain the visual appearance of the store, including merchandising and display setup.
- Collaborate with the shift team to meet operational goals and targets.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for reordering needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, logistics, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
