Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort packages during overnight shifts (Sat-Sun, 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) following strict safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to shift supervisor
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and common areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Availability for weekend nights (Friday/Saturday/Sunday 10 PM-6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Valid Ohio driver's license preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Background check and drug screen required post-offer
