Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and conveyor systems safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and ISO standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs
- Support inbound/outbound logistics during shift transitions
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with legal right to work in the UK
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 25kg repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability for weekends and night shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Valid UK driving license (for transport reimbursement)
