Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise in all departments during overnight shifts
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO standards
- Maintain clean and orderly sales floors and stockrooms
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
- Assist with inventory counts and price verification processes
- Collaborate with overnight crew to meet stocking targets
- Follow safety protocols for lifting and warehouse operations
- Provide exceptional customer service during overnight restocking periods
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Previous retail stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Availability to work Friday/Saturday/Sunday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
