- Provide exceptional virtual customer support via chat/email during weekend night shifts (Sat-Sun, 10PM-6AM)

- Monitor and respond to urgent alerts during overnight hours using proprietary software
- Maintain detailed activity logs and escalate complex issues to senior specialists
- Collaborate with global teams via virtual stand-ups and shared digital workspaces
- Complete 15+ quality assurance checkpoints per shift ensuring compliance

Qualifications
