Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems and conduct regular facility patrols during night shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors via phone/in-person.
- Operate specialized equipment (e.g., inventory scanners, safety tools) per protocols.
- Document shift activities, incidents, and maintenance requests accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operational handovers.

Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun) and overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM).
