Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients during peak evening hours.
- Manage and organize inventory or stock levels for the night shift.
- Monitor security systems and ensure facility safety protocols are followed.
- Process incoming orders, tickets, or inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Assist in resolving escalated issues or customer complaints professionally.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and night shifts.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer support is a plus.
