Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound and Outbound Operations: Efficiently process and organize incoming and outgoing freight with precision.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records using our state-of-the-art tracking systems.
- Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous quality control checks to ensure all products meet our high standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory; we provide full training.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite) and strong attention to detail.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean background check.
