Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and conduct regular security patrols during weekend night shifts
- Operate surveillance systems and document all incidents accurately
- Respond professionally to emergencies and provide first aid when needed
- Enforce access controls and verify visitor credentials
- Write detailed shift reports and maintain incident logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement during critical situations
- Maintain high visibility to deter potential security threats
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Valid Ohio driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work weekends (Fri-Sat 10PM-6AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to remain alert during overnight hours
