Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and report any changes to nursing staff
- Assist with patient mobility and daily care routines
- Respond to emergency call lights within 5 minutes
- Accurately document patient care activities in electronic health records
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during shift transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail in documentation and patient care
- Flexibility to work weekends and overnight shifts (Sat-Sun 11PM-7AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
