Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend night hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise according to visual standards
- Conduct nightly inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Ensure store security and safety protocols throughout shift
- Operate POS systems and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with overnight staff for seamless store operations
Qualifications
- Must be available for all weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and cash handling skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
