Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (where certified), and handheld scanners.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, errors, or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Accurately update inventory management systems (WMS) in real-time to maintain stock accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
