Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at resort check-in and concierge stations
- Manage resort amenities reservations and activity scheduling
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptlyMaintain pristine cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Contribute to weekend inventory and supply management
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work every weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if transporting guests)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to adapt to changing guest needs
