Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and attentive care
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain pristine facility standards including pool areas, lobbies, and common spaces
- Process payments and handle cash transactions securely using POS systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with solutions-focused communication
- Assist with event setup and weekend activities as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in diverse settings
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with payment processing systems
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for errands)
