Responsibilities
- Delight guests with exceptional service at check-in, during breakfast, and via concierge support
- Manage reservations and front desk operations using industry-standard software
- Prepare and serve premium breakfast items in our award-winning dining venue
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Maintain spotless common areas and guest rooms according to brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Must have availability for every Saturday and Sunday shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Proficient with basic computer systems and reservation platforms
- Strong communication skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
