Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across resort amenities including pools, restaurants, and entertainment venues
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for seamless operations
- Assist with event setup and guest activities during weekend peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and workstations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Nevada work permit (if applicable)
