Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services including check-in/out assistance, concierge support, and local activity recommendations
- Manage reservation systems and process payments with attention to detail
- Maintain pristine public spaces and amenities through regular inspections and upkeep
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Execute promotional activities for resort packages and local attractions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with reservation software and POS systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be 18+ years old with authorization to work in the US
- Knowledge of San Diego attractions a plus
