Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests in a fast-paced environment
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist efficiently
- Prepare and serve food/beverages with attention to detail and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend and evening shifts (Fri-Sun, 4PM-12AM)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required
