Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest services including check-in/out, concierge assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Manage premium room inventory with meticulous attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Coordinate VIP event operations and weekend high-profile guest requests
- Utilize property management systems to process transactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Execute upselling initiatives for premium suites and signature experiences
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery and problem resolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hospitality or premium service experience
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual capabilities preferred
- Availability to work consistently on Saturdays and Sundays
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Valid DC hospitality certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Impeccable grooming standards and professional demeanor
- Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure weekend environments
