Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage reservation systems and room assignments
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold brand standards in all guest interactions
- Assist with weekend event setup and tear-down
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday 7am-3pm)
- Proficiency with reservation software systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Ohio driver's license (if transporting guests)
