Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests at our downtown Columbus location
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements during peak weekend hours
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Prepare and maintain clean, inviting dining and lounge areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Support inventory management and restocking activities
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) with flexible availability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and POS operations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Food handler certification a plus
