Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to resort guests during peak weekend operations
- Manage front desk check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless guest experiences
- Handle reservation inquiries and process payments using resort management systems
- Assist with event setup and break-down for weekend functions and weddings
- Maintain pristine common areas and uphold brand standards throughout shifts
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) with holiday flexibility
- Strong communication skills and multilingual abilities a plus
- Proficient in basic computer systems and reservation software
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license for occasional errand runs
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities
