Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at VIP entrances and premium seating areas
- Process ticket scanning and credential verification with precision
- Manage guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
- Assist with premium beverage service during intermissions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in assigned zones
- Coordinate with security and event staff for seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations accurately
Qualifications
- Available for weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun evenings, 5pm-1am)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in high-energy settings
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Basic POS system knowledge or willingness to train
- Tennessee alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain)
