Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to resort guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using resort management systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold resort cleanliness standards and safety protocols in public areas
- Assist with special event support during peak weekend periods
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Nevada Gaming Card (if applicable to department)
