Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance at concerts, festivals, and corporate events
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols

- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout event areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and/or Sundays (6am-11pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions
- Valid Massachusetts ID and reliable transportation
