Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket verification at event entrances
- Assist with venue setup, including seating arrangements and signage placement
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance during events
- Collaborate with security and venue teams for seamless operations
- Distribute promotional materials and manage vendor booths as needed
- Post-event breakdown and equipment inventory management
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible daytime/evening hours
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Basic cash handling experience preferred (training provided)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- 18+ years of age (alcohol events require TABC certification)
