Responsibilities
- Execute event setup, registration, and guest coordination
- Manage vendor relations and inventory during events
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Ensure venue compliance and safety protocols
- Assist with breakdown and post-event reconciliation
- Collaborate with team leads for seamless operations
- Document event metrics and client feedback
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8AM-8PM)
- Prior customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (for venue transport)
- Flexible attitude and adaptability to changing schedules
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Must pass background check
