Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes at premier DC venues
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown including seating arrangements
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest assistance throughout events

- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Collect guest feedback and report operational insights
Qualifications
- Available to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during events

- Must pass basic background check
- Reliable transportation to DC event venues
