Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Direct attendees to venues and amenities
- Assist with event setup and breakdown procedures
- Enforce venue safety protocols and crowd control
- Coordinate with vendors for seamless service delivery
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues at event stations
- Collect and report attendee feedback post-event
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts)
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Must pass background check (provided)
- Must be 18+ years old
