Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and venue access during weekend events
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with security teams for crowd control and safety protocols
- Assist with event setup/breakdown including equipment and decor
- Monitor inventory and manage concession stands during shifts
- Enforce venue policies while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 4PM-12AM)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license required
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system knowledge
