Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces according to venue specifications
- Guest registration and attendee management at check-in stations
- Assist with food/beverage service and maintain clean presentation areas
- Manage vendor coordination and equipment logistics
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event execution
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) with flexible scheduling
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Basic computer literacy for registration systems
- Previous event/conference experience preferred but not required
- Must pass mandatory background check
- 18+ years old with authorization to work in the US
