Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and registration processes at event venues
- Distribute promotional materials and provide venue information to attendees
- Assist with event setup/breakdown including furniture arrangement and signage
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure compliance with venue safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Collect and report attendee feedback to improve future events
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout event duration
Qualifications
