Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes for 100-500+ attendees
- Execute event setup/breakdown including tent assembly, signage, and decor
- Provide exceptional customer service and information to event attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce safety protocols during high-traffic periods
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise and ticketing
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues in real-time
- Document event metrics and submit post-event reports
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in outdoor/indoor settings
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Flexibility to work across Miami-Dade County locations
- Professional appearance and positive attitude under pressure
- Must pass background check and event-specific training
